This is the agreement between you and Klauski.lt. We've kept it short, written it like a person, and the spirit of it matches the words. If anything reads sideways — email us, we'll fix it.
By signing up or using Klauski.lt, you're agreeing to what's on this page.
These are the terms between you and Klauski.lt (us). The Privacy Policy and Cookie page are part of this agreement — give them a read too.
If you're using Klauski.lt on behalf of a team or organisation, you're confirming you have the authority to agree to these terms for them.
Nothing surprising — just the basics that keep the app workable.
Clear lines, no fine print.
Copyright stays with whoever wrote them. We don't claim ownership over what you or your friends type.
You grant us just enough to store, transmit, display, and summarize the content when you ask for an AI summary. Nothing for AI training.
Code, design, the Klauski.lt and Ask Friends names, and the look and feel are ours. Don't copy or rebrand them.
We don't sell your content, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't feed it into AI models for training. Optional AI summaries are private processing for your results page.
Short list, strictly enforced. Break these and we'll close the account.
No bullying, threats, or sharing someone's private details without their say-so.
Klauski.lt is for small circles. Don't mass-blast links, scrape replies, or run growth-hack stunts.
Hate speech, CSAM, fraud, and threats aren't gray areas — they get reported.
No scraping, no automated accounts, no probing for security holes without permission, no DDoS.
We'll usually email first and ask you to stop. For egregious cases — illegal content, active abuse — we'll suspend immediately and sort it out after.
Three ways an account ends. None of them are a mystery.
Self-serve account deletion is on the roadmap. For now, email info@klauski.lt and we'll close it. Your data is wiped from active systems the same day; backups age out within 30 days.
If we have to suspend or close your account, we'll email you the reason first (except in emergencies) and give you 14 days to export anything you want to keep.
If Klauski.lt ever winds down, we'll give 90 days' notice and a working export tool. Open-sourcing the code is the plan if we can pull it off.
The fewest sentences we could write and still be straight with you.
Lithuanian law governs these terms; disputes go to the courts of Vilnius. Your EU and Lithuanian consumer-protection rights stay yours regardless of anything written here.
When we change anything meaningful in these terms, signed-in users get an email at least 14 days before it takes effect. The history lives in this section, in full.
Read by a real person, usually replied to within a day. There's no ticket system.
You own your words. We run the wires. Fair deal both ways.
